Military Mechanical Engineering
In the study programme Military Mechanical Engineering, the cadets of the Military Academy are trained for a technical service officer and for a BSc in Mechanical Engineering.
The first two years of education and training are predominated by general education and theoretical-methodological subjects, while in the third and fourth years, mostly scientific-professional and professional-applied subjects are implemented. Compulsory and elective courses are defined on the basis of dominant identified problems that arise from the moment of design, construction and manufacture, through storage, maintenance and operation of various machine systems applied in the Serbian Armed Forces.
The study programme Military Mechanical Engineering includes training for the needs of various specialties of the technical service, namely: weapons of the land forces, motor vehicles, aviation weapons and aircraft and aircraft engines.
The cadet obtains the diploma of a BSc in Mechanical Engineering if he/she fulfils all the obligations prescribed by the study programme within the stipulated deadline and thus achieves 240 ECTS.
In addition to the diploma, the cadet is also issued a Diploma Supplement which indicates the competencies of the technical service officer of a certain specialty and a BSc in Mechanical Engineering.
