Participation of Military Academy cadets in "Elektrijada 2019"
The cadets of the Military Academy participated in the 59th Elektrijada, which this year in the period from 18.05. to 23.05.2019. was held in Sunny Beach in the Republic of Bulgaria. International meetings of electrical engineering students, better known as "Elektrijada", have traditionally been held for more than half a century and represent the largest annual gathering of electrical engineering students in Europe.

This year, about 1,500 electrical engineering students from our country, Montenegro, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Croatia and Macedonia participated.
On competitions in knowledge and sports were held at the 59th Electric Games, where cadets competed in individual and team competition.The team of the Military Academy was led by teachers from the Department of Military Electronic Engineering, Colonel Doc. Dr. Davorni Mikluc, B.Sc. eng. and Colonel Assoc. Bojan Milanović, PhD, B.Sc. eng. At the knowledge competition in the subject of Automation, the team of the Military Academy won the third place and the bronze medal. The team consisted of cadet Andjela Bogojevic, cadet Milan Svetozarevic and cadet Davor Holender.

At the cross-country sports competition, cadet Mladen Zivkovic won first place in the individual competition, while the Military Academy team was also first in the team competition and won a gold medal.
With their participation, the cadets of the Military Academy showed their knowledge and skills in several scientific and sports disciplines, and they represented the Military Academy and the University of Defense in the right way. This competition started the cycle of participation of the cadets of the Military Academy in international competitions.
